AISD has the right to refuse entry onto AISD property or eject an individual if he/she refuses to leave peaceably upon request, and (1) the individual poses a substantial risk of harm to any person or (2) the individual behaves in a manner inappropriate for the school setting, after having received a warning to cease the inappropriate behavior.  AISD may require any person on its property to provide identification.  Any person ejected or excluded from AISD property may appeal this decision through local grievance policies FNG — Student Rights and Responsibilities: Student and Parent Complaints/Grievances or GF — Public Complaints, as applicable.  Appeals to the Board will be heard within 90 days of the commencement of the appeal.
