Special Education teachers will keep Itinerant Personnel Service Logs in their classrooms. All itinerant personnel must sign in and out each and every time they provide services to students.

Itinerant personnel include physical therapists, occupational therapists, music therapists, counselors, speech therapists, VI teachers, O&M instructor, and adaptive P.E. teachers.

Itinerant personnel service logs should be maintained in a folder in the diagnosticians office. The folder will be labeled "Itinerant Personnel Log (year)." At the end of each school year, teachers will place all service logs in this folder in the diagnostician's office.
